COATING AND PAINTING PROCESSES

Sprimag has a broad range of wet painting solutions to meet both requirements for functional coating and decorative coating. From corrosion protection, anti-friction coating, UV coating and rubber-metal coatings to the metallization of series parts and for internal coating, Sprimag coating systems are equipped to handle a wide variety of processes and types of coating and painting.

In addition to the coating process Sprimag offers the adjusted pre-treatment as CO2-Snow Blasting, ionization, flaming, or laser technology. There are also several drying processes which go with the painting process to choose from: Examples may be convection drying ovens, Infrared, UV drying or induction.
