Thanks to the quick access via remote maintenance, downtimes can be minimized and the availability of your coating machine will be increased. But even for a targeted service, remote maintenance can be useful to reduce service and repair costs.
When buying a new Sprimag coating machine, we optionally offer the installation of an appropriate modem.
For existing machines, the modem can be retrofitted quite simple. It can be installed by our service staff or by yourself. Prerequisite for the connection of your coating machine to our teleservice system is a direct internet connection. The internet connection is built via VPN-tunnel. i. e. the modem is connecting itself with the Sprimag server. There is no access to company networks as there is only one outgoing line.
